A: Standard MOQ is 1 carton. Small trial order is acceptable with unit price higher. Sample cost will be deducted from bulk order payment.

A: Yes, OEM & ODM are supported. Please send us AI or PDF artwork for customization.

A: Send us item model, quantity and destination port, we will send formal PI within 24 hours.

Q: Which payment methods are available?
A: T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union, PayPal for samples. 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment. We accept Alibaba Trade Assurance.

Q: How to deal with defective goods?
