Why this part fails — and what we do differently
An air filter element is judged by two numbers — capture efficiency and dirt-holding capacity — and cheap copies fail on both. Ours uses pleated cellulose/synthetic blend media with controlled pleat count, so it keeps its rated efficiency for the whole service interval on Komatsu machines rather than loading up in half the hours.
